[We offer a lifetime warranty assuring you our shutters are free from warping and cracking or any other defects in materials or workmanship]
[Does your warranty cover repairs to shutters that have been accidentally damaged or abused?]
[For a small fee which would cover service trip and cost of repairs, we would be glad to fix your damaged shutters.]
[Wood Vs Polywood]
[Are polywood shutters really better than wooden shutters?]
[Being a supplier of both polywood and wooden shutters, we are always making sure that both products are meeting our quality standards. There are certain limitations which we would have to consider in order to make the right choice, and our true opinion can only be given after we see the size and shapes of your windows.]
[Can you build a shutter that is 45 inches wide and 120 inches tall?]
[When a customer is interested in a bigger size of panels, we would definitely advise to go with wood (polywood are much heavier than wood, and they are going to sag). We are capable of building a wooden shutter up to 35 inches in width and 120 inches in height, with reinforced frame. As far as polywood shutters, we can go up to 28 inches in width and 85 inches in height.]
